    I think that the dress is vintage because some site (http://www.redcarpet-fashionawards.com/2012/10/09/elle-fanning-in-vintage-ginger-and-rosa-new-york-film-festival-premiere/ and http://www.justjared.com/2012/10/09/elle-fanning-ginger-rosa-premiere-with-alice-englert/) say that this dress is vintage (but soo beautiful!)
