Elle is in the process of filming upcoming period-piece Low Down, following the story of Jazz pianist Joe Albany. Because of this, Elle hasn't been seen much out and about nor at any noteable events. This is causing a lack of posts lately, so I do apologise!

To keep the site more active in the meanwhile, please be sure to comment below with any requests you may have of outfits that haven't been featured on the blog yet! We want to keep the site as interactive as possible.

Hello, readers! In case you haven't noticed, there have been some changes to Elle Fanning Style recently and I thought I'd take some time to let you know what's going down.

Firstly, we have a new layout! After almost two years of the same layout, I figured it was time for a change (mostly because there actually is such a thing as TOO MUCH PINK), so hopefully you enjoy that! There will be more pages to help readers better navigate the site in the works as well.

On top of that, another noticeable change is that we now have ads on the blog! Since Elle Fanning Style is run by me, a college student on a budget,  I thought it would be an easy way to make some extra cash, which will allow time for more frequent posts! This means that I will be trying my hardest to make the blog the best it can be (posts more often!) to increase website traffic, which will increase earnings. If you like the blog, or just want to help out, it would be greatly appreciated if you would take the time to click on an ad or two. It will cost you nothing and take only a few seconds out of your time, but will help me out a great deal. (Earnings are not paid until reaching over $100.00).

Anyway, hopefully you'll enjoy these changes and the blog will continue to grow from here! Thank you for your constant and continuing support. And as always, I love hearing your feedback, so if you have any response, please leave a comment below!

Happy Birthday, Elle!

Today is Elle Fanning's 14th birthday (9 April 2012)! Elle has taken the next step in her teenage years. I wonder how she's spending her big day! Hopefully spending the day surrounded by those who love her! More importantly, I wonder what she's wearing! ;)

Hair Alert! Elle is a ginger!

Elle was spotted in London filming her latest project Bomb on Thursday, 22 March sporting her new, gorgeous red locks as character Ginger (an appropriate name, wouldn't you say?)! What are your thoughts on the new do? Do you think Elle should go back to being blonde after the filming is complete?

Katy Perry Concert!

August 2011; Elle attended a Katy Perry Concert with a friend in this bright orange ensemble, including a vintage romper and adorable platform wedges that she also wore to this event. Elle told ASOS magazine. "I found this orange romper - 60s Japanese, corduroy and neon orange - at Golyester recently when I was looking for something to wear to a Katy Perry concert. On the side are light baby blue bows and in the hem on the shorts there's a bell, so it rings when you walk." (article source) How cute!

But that’s old hat to Elle Fanning, the 12-year-old star of Sofia Coppola’s new film, Somewhere, which opens Wednesday.

Fanning, little sister of Dakota, has been in the limelight for over a decade, appearing onscreen for the first time in I Am Sam at the ripe old age of 2. But this fall, she’s become veritable Hollywood royalty. She recently starred in The Nutcracker in 3D and is now shooting Steven Spielberg’s upcoming film Super 8.
